Sentinel 9.1 is the first chapter of Sentinel. Piggot welcomes Weld at the Airport, gives him the rundown on the local cape scene, Weld messes up his introduction to the Brockton Bay Wards.

Plot

Weld comes back to Brockton Bay a week after defending it against Leviathan.<ref name="9.1 c1"/>

He is briefed by Poggot about the villains in the area and puts his foot in his mouth when Piggot starts accidentally insulting Director Armstrong as a short sighted academic.

Getting the chance to talk to his Wards He puts his foot in his mouth again.
