The Strange Titan's personality and former identity is largely unknown but it is seemingly hostile as it attacked a team of three capes and afflicted them with hallucinations.

Appearance

The Strange Titan's appearance and gender are currently unknown.

Abilities and Powers

Any attempts to turn powers in its general direction fails, preventing it from being observed by cameras and Thinkers.

The Strange Titan seemingly has the ability to create horrific hallucinations which it used to incapacitate a pair of capes who were retreating from it.

Director Armstrong received a report of an unknown Stranger turning into a Titan on Cheit.<ref>Interlude 17.z II</ref>
