Modus operandi

The Wayfarers operated mostly on the street level, rather than addressing international crime organizations.<ref name="10.11 1">He was with the Wayfarers, and the Wayfarers were loosely connected to the Navigators. They’d worked together on major missions, but Ranger and his team were usually okay to play things much more ‘street level’ than gunning for America-side groups of international gangs. Nailfarer had wanted to reach out to him once things were settled. Before she’d managed to fall asleep. - Excerpt from Polarize 10.11</ref>

History

Background

The Wayfarers had a history of cooperating with the Navigators on major missions.<ref name="10.11 1" />

Post-Goddess' Takeover

The Wayfarers were involved in Breakthrough's hero tracking program. When their close allies the Navigators were ambushed and mutilated by an unknown group, the Wayfarers elected to go directly after possible suspects. <ref>“We go after possible suspects, we put the word on the street,” Mayday said. “We round them up and take action to discourage and scare them before the villains meet and decide that they want to protect and encourage the lunatics who did this.”

And of course the Wayfarers. Friends of the Navigators. This was both personal and emotional.

All rose and prepared to go, ready to begin the hunt. - Excerpt from Polarize 10.11</ref>
