Torch 7.4 is the fourth chapter of Torch. Victoria encounters a student protest, runs into Brandish who thinks her team is still being pulled together, receives a motherly pep talk, much character development is shown.

- As of the publication of Polarize 10.12, Torch 7.4 is the shortest chapter in Ward, at only 2,819 words.
