8.x (Interlude; Natalie) is the thirteenth chapter and first interlude of Beacon. Natalie takes Kenzie home, talks with Tony, the home is attacked by Hookline, Kitchen Sink, and others, Natalie gets stabbed, villains retreat when Breakthrough and the Patrol Block arrive.

Natalie drives Kenzie to heer apartment

Natalie and Tony meet and exchange pleasantries and natalie has a mini freakout.

Kenzie is unintentionally lewd.

Villains show up to attack and kidnap Kenzie. Nattalie is a badass and stands up to them despite the physical threats and the possibility of torture and death.

Chris comes to save kenzie along with everyone else.

  • Retaliation for the interview is underway.
    • Natalie and Tony are injured defending Kenzie.
