Black 13.10 is the eleventh chapter of Black. Tt, Vic and Sveta try to recruit three people (Engel, Egg and Scraping) who might be the key to making sure The City survives. Regardless, Teacher launched his massive Troll attack, the populace just learned a lot of dirt about their heroes.
