Oliver is a blonde teenager of unknown powers. He is a member of the Travelers but his role in the group is unknown; he does not even have a costume. He is usually responsible for taking care of Noelle. As with Noelle he does not appear in public with the rest of his team.
Powers
Oliver slowly changes over time to become smarter, more skilled and better looking. His face reflects elements of beauty that he sees during the day, and recognising him becomes harder and harder. It is suggested that his power allows him to become skilled at anything he focuses on for an extended period of time.
A secondary element of his power is a transformation of his body over time since he consumed Cauldron's booster towards a fit and attractive (as percieved by society) young man. He doesn't have any active powers.
He plays a very important role in psychically torturing Scion in Arc 30, because he resembles Eden to the extent that at first, Scion believes he is another Worm.
