Aegis was the leader of the Brockton Bay Wards. He was killed by Leviathan. His real name was Carlos.

Powers

Aegis' main power was that his body had a large number of inbuilt back-ups. He could survive deadly injuries because other parts of his body would take over the necessary functions for staying alive. He could also fly.
