Hero was the founding member of the Protectorate when it just consisted of the four strongest capes. He was also considered to be the preemient Tinker of his day.

Background:

Sometime in the 2000s, Hero was killed by the Siberian leaving the remaining members to go on and form the Triumvirate.

Abilities and Powers:

Hero was considered to be the preemient Tinker of his day. It is unknown what his Tinker speciality was, but Legend suspected it to be manipulating and enhanacing wavelengths and frequencies.
