Legend wears a skintight blue costume with a white design. He has wavy brown hair.

Abilities and Powers:

As a former member of the Triumvirate, Legend can be considered one of the most powerful parahumans in North America. He is one of the best "flying artillery" capes with flight, unsurpassed versatility, and the lasers he can emanate from his body.

His lasers can turn corners, fork into multiple lasers, pass through walls, and freeze and/or ignite his targets.

He can also convert his body into light and does so instinctively when struck, giving him a form of invulnerability.
