Abilities and Powers :

The Transmuter: Imbibes abilities of insects/animals/non-sentient or sentient beasts onto himself. He can keep on adding random abilities onto himself and it would merge in a way that wouldn't harm his biological process. He can add and 'lock' a state. The state so 'locked' could be activated on will. In a passive state he remains human. After second trigger: He can assimilate abilities of the last three para-humans he had killed.

-The Freeman. It is an All or Nothing power, that gives the user immunity to any abilities or objects that are produced or affected by said abilities. The said ability is advantageous in the fact that it protects the user from any ability induced effect for e.g., an earthquake caused due to a wave-ability wouldn't harm  the user even though the earth itself was not manipulated. Other benefits include being unaffected by blades empowered using any abilities. The downsides of the power is that the user is vulnerable to bullets or machinery made by normal humans(not tinkers.) and the fact that the user cannot use any equipment's made by tinkers or produced using any other ability.
