Trainwreck has a round face, small eyes, greasy hair tied into a ponytail, and acne-scarred cheeks. As Trainwreck, he wears steam-powered armor while his upper face is covered by a metal mask and goggles. <ref>"Worm" Web Serial, Infestation 11.7 </ref>
