The Toybox is a black market organization composed out of Tinkers.
Summary
Tinkers that don't join the Protectorate or Wards join Toybox, share technology, and stay as long as they need to build up a reputation and whatever tools they need. They share thirty-three percent of any proceeds with the rest of Toybox to help keep other members afloat.
The Toybox sustains itself with barter, moving frequently, operating between the scope of heroes and villains, and by selling less-than-legal goods to criminal groups.
History
The Slaughterhouse Nine attacked Toybox and appropriated all of the tinker technology and all of the tinkers that were staying with the group. <ref>"Worm" Web Serial, Cell 22.2</ref>
