Very little is known about Sleeper, but every time he is mentioned it is clear that he has a global reputation for having great and terrible power.

He is only actually seen in text once throughout worm, during the battle between the last of humanity's capes and Scion.
 
Khepri spots him minding his own business and reading at what is assumed to be his home.
 
Despite her rapidly deteriorating mental state, her power which has been unbound and is one of the strongest in the worm universe, and what is currently at stake in her last desperate all-out all-hands-on-deck attack on Scion, she still decides that attempting to bring Sleeper under her control would be too risky.
