Unless I'm missing something, Interlude 18 gives "Meinhardt" as the last name of a different Noelle -- the daughter of the PRT agent who coined the name Echidna.
In Interlude 18, there is a PRT officer named Meinhardt with a daughter named Noelle - presumably the Earth Bet alternate of the Earth Aleph Noelle.
