Agnes Court was described as being a shaker somewhere between Labyrinth and the Yàngbǎn’s Zigguratin power and versatility. Using it, she can organically grow structures. Seeds will swell into pillars, stairs, houses etc. growing exponentially given enough time in her proximity. Over to fifty hours into the Gold Morning, Agnes Court had set up a city. Complete with a castle, town, sewer system, and walls higher them most skyscrapers.<ref name="28.5"/>

This was set up a 'refuge' for skilled laborers and professionals by claiming a large amount of territory and forcing others out. She was not prepared when it as decided that her group had broken the Truce by doing this.<ref name="28.5"/>

Trivia

If you remember your history you will see that her cape name recalls Agincourt, as in the Battle of Agincourt in one of the many boring wars England and France had with each other, made slightly more memorable by Shakespear's Henry V. And as part of the Legend of ghosts or angels defending World War 1 soldiers in the battle of Mons. If you can not tell yet the Elite are Pretentious like that.
