Monarch 16.9 is the eleventh chapter of the Monarch Arc. 16.9: Taylor's blind, but uses her bugs to see. Lisa comes to see her, and they realize Coil is Thomas Calvert.
Synopsis
Taylor wakes up blind then leaves her poor injured father. Gets together and gets collected to fight Coil.
