16.z (Donation Interlude 3; Marquis) is the twelfth chapter of the Monarch Arc. A look into the Birdcage, with Marquis and Amelia. Discussion of why they can't escape, and Amelia learns something important, but the Simurgh keeps her from telling anyone.
