Buzz 7.4 is the fourth chapter of Buzz. Grue arrives, relationship advice from Bitch, back to the loft: E88's identities are outed.

Plot

[[Category:{{#switch:|File=Files|Template=Templates|articles}} in need of completion]]Brian meets up with Taylor and Rachel , and Taylor convinces Rachel to relocate her dogs away from Empire 88. They are unable to contact Lisa or Alec , and return to the hideout where they discover that Coil has revealed the civilian identities of all the capes in Empire 88, as well as a large number of non-capes. Skitter realises that the Undersiders will probably be blamed due to Lisa's power, and that Kaiser is probably gunning for them, along with all his cape subordinates. Furthermore, they're probably out for blood.
