Prelude

The battles that Brockton Bay had seen led serious credence to the idea of having the entire city declared a hive of scum and villainy and evacuated. Coil got wind of this and decided to interfere and convince him otherwise.

Three vs. Two becomes one vs. Two. Still almost kills people.

Aftermath
