Clockblocker

Male.Striker 7, touch-based time-stopping.

Member of The Wards. Puts objects and people on ‘pause’ by touching them, freezing them in time for a period of time from 30 seconds to 10 minutes. Clockblocker has no control over or knowledge of the length of each freeze. He wears a full body white costume complete with visor, allowing him to freeze his costume and make himself invulnerable, at the expense of being unable to move for some time. His real name is Dennis.

Costume

He was inscribed with images of clocks in gray, some animated, little hands spinning at different speeds at his shoulder, the center of his chest, and the backs of his hands, places where the armor panels were broadest. (Cell 22.1)
