Tattletale is a member of the Undersiders.

Background:

Sarah triggered in her sleep after her parents started to blame her for her brother's suicide and appears to have abandoned her family shortly after gaining her powers due to the pressure as they tried to use her power. She then changed her name to "Lisa Wilbourne".

Later, LIsa was apprehended by Coil.

Appearance:

Tattletale's costume consists of a skintight black-and-lavender outfit and a mask that hides her freckles and disguises the lines of her face. She also makes a point of loosing her hair only while in disguise.

Abilities and Powers:

Tattletale has the ability to extrapolate an incredible wealth of inference from the least soupçon of data. It's not perfectly reliable, however — if she pushes it too far from too little data, she can end up very, very wrong, and even under less extreme circumstances a lack of information can mean her guesses are significantly off. In addition, overuse of her power often leaves Tattletale with painful migraines.

As a member of the Undersiders, she usually primarily provides intel, such as analysis of the powers of their opposition, but she has used her power for physiological warfare on more than one occasion. She has also used her power to hack into databases to gather information.
