Background
At some point, Rebecca contracted cancer. She was approached by a doctor who offered her a chance to gain superpowers and took it despite the risks. After gaining her powers, Rebecca spent two years guarding Doctor Mother while earning a reputation as a superheroine.
Eventually, Alexandria would be introduced to the other members of Cauldron. Hero told her that he had heard of her and mentioned how she had taken Strongarm and Mongler before Doctor Mother told them about her abilities. Legend commented on the fact the heroes usually wore brighter colors and she told him that it was easier to get blood out of her black and grey costume.
Alexandria then informed them of her proposal, that they form a team that followed the regulations and stipulations of the United States government. When asked about who would lead the team, she suggested Hero or Legend. She told them that it was part of an eight stage plan to incorporate parahumans into society before telling them how they could set up the organization she was proposing.
When asked about how she would guarantee the plan, she said that her civilian identity would take a position in the government. She told them that they should consider it before offering to give them booklets full of information relevant to her proposal.
She lost an eye to the Siberian during the same fight that led to Hero's death, and required Eidolon's powers to heal her enough to use a glass eye to maintain normal appearance, as normal healers could not affect her due to her power.
Personality
Alexandria has perfect memory, and as such she has a vast understanding of a lot of concepts. Her indestructibility and high position gives her an extremely strong sense of confidence. She has this "air" about her, causing people to get out of her way, treat her with a lot of respect and hush their speaking.
Appearance
Rebecca is a tall, muscular woman with long, straight black hair. As Alexandria, she wears a black and light gray costume with a tower emblem on the chest and a wide, heavy cape that flows over her shoulders to drape onto the ground beside and behind her. <ref>"Worm" Web Serial, Extermination 8.1</ref>
Abilities and Powers
Alexandria is considered the epitome of 'flying brick' capes. The triad of flight, strength and invincibility recurs often enough, in enough variations, that it’s often referred to as ‘the Alexandria package’ in honor of her.
According to Doctor Mother, Alexandria is one of the strongest parahumans that Cauldron recorded. She has the ability to fly at speeds nearly matching Legend, a virtually invincible body, near-perfect memory retention, accelerated processing and learning, and the ability to sense emotions.

Quotes
- "Threats is the wrong word … But English is a limited language in some ways. There's really no word to articulate what I mean. A threat with a measure of inevitability to it. A promise? Too feeble. People break promises too often. A curse? A malediction? Too... magical. An oath? The connotations are wrong. When I say I'll do something, I make it happen."
