Synopsis
Skitter arranges to meet Armsmaster to discuss a favor - namely, she's infiltrated the Undersiders and wants him to hold back the Protectorate when they're hitting a bank the next day so she can find out who their employer is. He's angry because after he took custody of Lung, the toxins Skitter pumped into him rotted his crotch off and Armsmaster was suspended as chief of the Brockton Bay Protectorate team. After an argument, both leave unsatisfied.
