Background:

Galvanate was a mob enforcer before he triggered. After he triggered, he became the boss and began using his ability to empower his soldiers. Eventually, he was caught and incarcerated in the Birdcage.

Abilities and Powers:

Galvanate has the ability to empower others with invincibility and a deadly electric touch. He mainly used his ability on his soldiers prior to being incarcerated in the Birdcage.
