Abilities and Powers
Nikos has the ability to control and manipulate the emotions of people. He used this ability to form a harem of beautiful women that serve him hand and foot, commit crimes for him, and would die for him.
Both of his children have greater range with their powers then he does.<ref name="12.3">Plague 12.3</ref> Which may be limited to line of sight.
Regent suspected that his power gave him immunity from Nikos' power as it did his sister.<ref name="I11g">Interlude 11g (Anniversary Bonus)</ref> This likely stems from Nikos using his power to cause is children to trigger.<ref name="7.1"/>
History
Background
Active for several years and never caught. His ability had him classified as "too dangerous to fight" due to the risk of him gaining control of anyone who opposed him, human or parahuman. He was well known in north america.<ref name="21.1">Imago 21.1</ref>

Two of his children. Jean-Paul<ref name="7.1">Buzz 7.1</ref> and Cherie run away from him.
Post-Echidna
Made initial forays into Brockton Bay looking for his wayward children.<ref>Drone 23.3</ref>
Saw a video where one of his children died.<ref>Scarab 25.4</ref>
Post-Timeskip
Nikos was removed by Imp who then adopted his children as a way of honoring the memory of one of the children.<ref>Scarab 25.6</ref>
