Synopsis
Lung jump from the street to 2/3 of the building’s wall and began to ascend burying his fingertips into the building’s exterior. Taylor wait for him in the fire scape, knowing that she can't outrun him, and look in her inventory for something useful: Epipens, nope; a pouch of chalk dust, nope; pepper spray, a gift from her dad, after she had started to go on her morning jogs for training ... yes.
Taylor crouch to make herself a smaller target and prepare to fire. Lung, with his hands still on fire, show up at the edge of the roof. She aim for the one eye that he had open, but hit him in the shoulder where it ignited into a short lived fireball. Second shot, bullseye. He scream, letting go of the roof with one hand, clutching the side of his face where his good eye was.He doesn't fall, after a few seconds he haul himself over the edge of the roof.
Taylor have nothing useful left (mental note: to pick up a concealable knife or baton if she managed to live through this) so she bolt for the fire escape. Lung advance with a slight limp, cursing and flaming the roof once and again. She hide in the fire escape, waiting for the inevitable, when a massive animal, the size of a van, hit Lung putting him in his knees. He hit the creature across the snout, the beast charge and both fall to the street.
Two more creatures similar to the first one arrive to the rooftop, each with a pair of riders, two girls and two guys that slid off the backs of the animals. They introduce themselfs:Grue, Tattletale, Bitch (that the good guys and media call Hellhound) and Regent. They reveal that when they hear that Lung plan on attack them that night they decide to meet him halfway, but when they arrive only Lung Lieutenant, Oni Lee and half dozen ABB where there, the fight was short cause Lung and the rest of his men where busy with Taylor.
The dog (that is what the beasts really were) fighting Lung is winning cause of the Pepper spray, wasp and bee stings, fire ants and spider bites thatLung have suffered.
Tattletale warm them that a cape is coming, Bitch call her dogs and they mount them. Grue offer Taylor a ride, but she refuse. They depart.
Finally Taylor realise that these villains were the "kids" that Lung was talking about killing.
