19.y (Donation Interlude #2; Parahumans Online) is the seventh and second last chapter of the Scourge arc. Greg is a creep on PHO, then makes an unfortunate realization.
Plot

In this chapter, interactions between various unnamed characters online is chronicled in a format meant to simulate that of an online message board. In this case Parahumans Online. Greg is reintroduced, and has a revelation concerning Skitter's identity.
