A teenaged telekinetic formerly part of the Empire Eighty-Eight , Rune later joined the ranks of Fenrir's Chosen in the wake of Kaiser's death. Her capability to manipulate objects relies on touching them first to attune with them, leading the tentative designationStriker , of unknown rating. Her capacity is given variously as "nearly a ton", "several things weighing up to a ton" (Both internal monologue in Buzz 7.9 ), or objects weighing "several tons each" (Word of Wildbow on Cast page). Her civilian alias is unknown.

Costume and Appearance

Rune was described as having a red and black robe whilst part of the Empire 88, although she later chose a dark blue cape with a peaked hood edged with runes for her attire as member of the Chosen. She was  assessed by Taylor as having a similar age to Imp, and has long blonde hair.

Activity

Initially the youngest member of the Empire 88 , she came into confrontations with the Undersiders during their bid to takeover the city, as well as earlier during their 'day-to-day' activities as a criminal organisation. She aided the city against the attack by Leviathan , helping with her telekinetic abilities to bend a barrier formed by Kaiser into a makeshift cage to hold the endbringer after it was frozen temporarily by Clockblocker . After the death ofKaiser , she followed Hookwolf into his group Fenrir's Chosen, where she was wounded during the recruitment of its leader by Shatterbird , before being restored to health by the abilities of Othala . Some time later she is known to have been looking to leave the Chosen, perhaps enroute to join the other offshoot of the Empire 88, the Pure , in the company of Victor and Othala . Her activities beyond this point are unknown.
