Infestation
Skitter claims her territorry. She and Tattletale then go undercover in the Merchants' territorry to rescue Sierra's younger brother, Bryce . While there, they rescue Charlotte, a girl who recognized Taylor from Winslow, where she also went.
Skidmark has gotten his hands on some Cauldron formula and holds a fighting tournament to decide who gets to use it. He also hopes to cause some trigger events during the fighting to get more parahumans under his command than just the one extra.
When the tournament is over, Faultline's Faultline's Crew attack the Merchants, hoping to get some intel on Cauldron.
