Presumably, very similar to Hack Job.

Abilities and Powers

Hatchet Face is a power nullifier with superhuman strength and enhanced durability. It makes him especially deadly to capes since most are helpless without their powers.

He was vulnerable to attack from outside his range<ref>Comment by Wildbow on Spacebattles</ref>.

History

Having triggered from a bad experience involving parahumans, he announced himself by killing a superhero during a live interview. He became a serial killer targeting capes. Jack Slash convinced him that the easiest way to do this would be by joining the Nine.

He was killed by Cherish, who was seeking to prove herself to the Nine. Bonesaw resurrected him as a brain-damaged puppet.

Eventually, she combined his corpse with that of Oni Lee to create Hack Job.
