Sleeper is an S-Class threat. He is contained in the Mordovia Bubble, Russian. Mentioned in the same breath as The Endbringers, Slaughterhouse Nine, and Nilbog.<ref>Queen 18.4</ref>


Abilities and Powers

Little is known about Sleeper's abilities, but he possesses a global reputation for having a great and terrible power.<ref name="I26.x"/> In addition, Khepri declined to capture him while collecting parahumans for the battle against Zion, believing him to be "more trouble than he was worth".<ref name="30.4"/>

History

Background

Sleeper has been known to move around but primarily in Russia.<ref name="C23.5">Comment by Wildbow in Drone 23.5</ref> He eventually settled in Mordovia.<ref name="28.3"/>

Post-Timeskip

Was under constant monitoring by Dragon and by extension Saint, even the slightest shifts were monitored.<ref name="I26.x">Sting 26.x (Donation Interlude; Saint)</ref>

Golden Morning

With the Mordovia Bubble hit at the beginning of Zion's rampage, and Sleeper was 'roused'.<ref name="28.3">Cockroaches 28.3</ref>

Following the creation of portals to alternate Earths, Sleeper travelled to and subsumed Earth Zayin.<ref name="28.5">Cockroaches 28.5</ref>

Using the Clairvoyant, Khepri found Sleeper sitting on a lawn chair on a balcony in Earth Zayin, reading a book out loud to himself. Deeming him too troublesome to collect, she let him be.<ref name="30.4">Speck 30.4</ref>
