Snare 13.5 is the sixth chapter of Snare. Taylor confronts Bitch, talks to Genesis and convinces Coil, the Travelers and the Undersiders that a more aggressive plan is needed.

Synopsis

Taylor confronts Rachel and convinces her to fully trust the undersiders. Also talks to Genesis and convinces Coil, the Travelers and the Undersiders that a more aggressive plan is needed.

• Skitter thinks back to a conversation she had with Sundancer in Hive 5.6.
  • Sundancer's exact words were “There’s stuff going on that makes hanging out less fun than it should be. I’m not going to explain it, so don’t ask.” She does explain to some degree, going on to say, "It's not just the... I can't think of a better word than drama... but drama sounds like such an understatement."
• Trickster calls Sundancer Mars. From Interlude 11f we know her name is Marissa, suggesting this is a nickname or Taylor mishearing Maris, Marce or Marcy (short forms for Marissa).
