Some questions:

  • Why is the word Uppermost bolded? It prefers some emphasis, but I think simple quotes might be more suitable here.
  • Cite 15: a few extra links here that I think don't belong there. The reflist is really meant for verifying information: Extra links a) make this confusing, especially if there are multiple of them (and not just for one quote such as now) and b) retract from the quote: they less accurately reflect the original text.
