Monarch 16.10 is the eleventh chapter of the Monarch Arc. Skitter talks with the Travellers, then goes to meet Director Calvert. He agrees to let Dinah go, but then there is a sudden but inevitable betrayal.

Plot

The Undersiders have their first meeting with Director Calvert. They pass several of their coworkers.

Dinah is released

Only to find herself transported to an apartment building. And then Skitter is shot
