The fallen are driven from their compound, and various people attempt to accomplish their personal goals.
Prelude
Prancer, with the help of Tattletale, establishes a villain association based in Hollow Point, from which small-time villains can operate as mercenaries or small-time criminals. Rain's Clustermates, possibly on Tattletale's recommendation, recruit a large force of mercenaries from Hollow Point to attack The Fallen at the Mather compound.
Snag's cluster-trigger group planned an ambush on the Fallen in order to kill Rain. With the help of Prancer's team and many hired villains including Tattletale and the Undersiders, they led the fight with the Fallen. Tattletale informed Victoria's Therapy Group of the attack ahead of time. Victoria's group gained the assistance of Gilpatrick's Patrol group, The Wardens, and the Advance Guard. Meanwhile, The Fallen recruited what appears to be biker gangs to help their side of the fight.
Events
With Rain, Prancer, and the Undersider's teams going on the attack against the Fallen, the heroes were left protecting and evacuating civilians and non-aggressive members of the Fallen. This was not an easy task as many fought when provoked. Several run-ins with members of the Bikers showed Victoria's use of the Wretch to take them down swiftly.
Eventually the heroes and villains collide in a three-way battle between the Valefor's Fallen, Beast of Burden's group, and some heroes including Victoria. Valefor gained control over everyone with his power but Victoria was able to escape his control. Quickly, she was able to tear into his lower face with the Wretch and knocked him out of commission.
After the fighting died down the Therapy Team approached Beast of Burden in seek of a truce. Beast of Burden rejected the offer. Ashley didn't like the way he handled the decision and how he wanted to run the group as a Tyranny.<ref>Beast of Burden wheeled on her, finger pointing. “Not your choice.”
“Democratically?” Sidepiece asked. “I think most of us want the help, Bob.”
“This isn’t a democracy,” Beast of Burden said. “This is a fucking tyranny. You signed on for it, and you agreed I’m leader because I’m good for the business and track record. You also agreed that if the crown is moving to another head, it’s going to do so outside of jobs. Leaders can’t be second guessed on the field.” - Shadow 5.10</ref> After Beast of Burden backhanded Ashley, she retaliated by blowing a hole in his midsection, leaving him to die. Damsel turned herself into the Patrol Group.
Looksee was told to find Tattletale<ref>Pitch 6.2</ref> and ended up rendering the Thinker incummunicado for a length of time.<ref>Pitch 6.8</ref>
The Fallen continued to get beaten down by all sides of the battle. Eventually, after being chased into the woods, a bearded man approached Victoria with Erin as a hostage. The man offered to trade Erin for Rain and call back the Crowleys. During negotiations, one of Looksee's devices fell from the sky, crushing the man's hand, and revealing that Mama Mathers was present the entire time. As soon as Mama was knocked out, hallucinations stopped and the rest of the group was quickly taken care of.
The team regrouped with the other Heroes toting an unconscious Mama Mathers. Remaining members of The Fallen retreated and headed toward The City.
Aftermath
The Fallen retreated and ran toward The City. Tattletale told Victoria's Team about the destination, but Victoria failed to gain help from other Patrol Groups in the area. She did gain the help of other hero groups to lead an attack within the City. Rain and Ashley are being charged with Murder and proceeded to attend court hearings.
Crowlies carry out terrorist attack that causes wide spread devastation to the city.
