Skirmish in Boston consisted of a series of engagements between Defiant, Dragon and the Slaughterhouse Nine.

Prelude

Many of the Nine experienced members are killed or captured at Brockton Bay forcing the group to go on a recruiting spree to keep their numbers up. They let in a flood of new members to make up for the deficit.

As part of the agreement on recruiting Damsel of Distress they attacked Accord's Ambassadors and Accord himself.<ref>Eclipse x.8</ref>

At the same time over the last few hours things were falling apart in Brockton Bay.<ref name=19.4>“It’s worth noting,” Legend said, “That we tracked Manton down.
