Abilities and Powers

Ixnay has multiple abilities due to his nature as a cluster cape.

One of his abilities is that he can freeze things in midair.

He can also camouflage, provided his feet are firmly planted.<ref>Again, the canisters are stopped by March’s Ixnay.
