Baumann Parahuman Containment Center

Prison for capes whose crimes are severe enough that they must be removed from society. The Baumann Parahuman Containment Center, or Birdcage, is the final resting place of many supervillains. It is not designed to allow for releases - the entry is one way only.

It is the main focus of Arc 6's interlude, which narrates several prisoners being taken to the Birdcage. It also reveals that the Birdcage was built by Dragon.
