Appearance & Personality
Doormaker is described as a plain-looking young man;<ref name="30.5"/> pale, somewhere in his thirties.<ref name="appearance 29.7">At the very back of the room, separate from the group, were two pale young men, laid out on desks that sat on either side of a reinforced door. A twenty-something guy with flat skin stretched over where his eyes should be, and a guy that was maybe ten years older, with enough bloody bandage around his head and face that I couldn't make out his features. Doormaker, I could assume, based on what I'd heard upstairs, along with the clairvoyant the Doctor had mentioned in the past. - Venom 29.7</ref> He is almost always accompanied by the Clairvoyant, whose power he makes constant use of.
Abilities and Powers
Doormaker is capable of opening and sealing portals between places, including between dimensions. He normally uses this power to transport members of Cauldron wherever they need to go and is effectively the gatekeeper to their facilities. His power allowed Cauldron to pick up test subjects for Case 53s from everywhere but Earth Bet and (when desired) leave them on Earth Bet.
Large amounts of energy disrupted his portals, including Ash Beast's power.<ref name="30.5">Speck 30.5</ref> His portals collapsed when the edge made contact with lava.<ref name="30.4">Speck 30.4</ref>
He is considered to be a Noctis type cape, capable of functioning without sleep without any significant detriment.<ref name="29.1">Venom 29.1</ref>

Khepri used Doormaker to make her apotheosis possible and to bring the fight to Scion.
Once his power stopped working, the well of energy that his shard drew on having run dry, Khepri released him. Teacher gave him a power that allowed him to communicate, so he could explain what he had seen while tied into the Clairvoyant alongside Khepri. Glaistig Uaine killed Doormaker and began using his power for herself.<ref name="30.6">Speck 30.6</ref>
