Heavens 12.all is the seventh chapter of Heavens. Victoria’s Shard describes its connection to its Host and their shared history. March’s Shard follows the battle in Brockton Bay; Vista and others die, Dauntless & Alabaster are freed only to have broken second-triggers.

Trivia

• Shards narration is pointedly less alien, than Entity interludes in Worm.
• This chapter breaks the naming/PoV patterns used so far in Worm and Ward, as it is non-interlude chapter from multiple non-lead points of view, while still 'pausing' chapter number.
