Summary
The fight with Noelle begins.
In one corner, the Undersiders, the Brockton Bay Protectorate and Wards, and a dozen or so heroes from out of town, including Eidolon.
In the other corner, Noelle, with access to Circus, Über, Leet, and one local hero.
It doesn't go well.
