Cockroaches 28.4 is the fourth chapter of Cockroaches. Tattletale unveils the origins of the Endbringers. Lisa talks, Simurgh listens, then follows. They set her against the Yangban, while Leviathan attacks the Elite.

Plot

In which a discussion about the effect of shards on the psychology of parahumans takes place right in front of one of the purest examples of those shards.

Later the Simurgh attacks the Yàngbǎn and razes them.
