Oliver

Oliver is a blonde teenager of unknown powers. He is a member of the Travelers but his role in the group is unknown; he does not even have a costume. He may be responsible for taking care of Noelle, or like his teammates Ballistic and Sundancer his power may be too dangerous to use except in dire circumstances. As with Noelle he does not appear in public with the rest of his team.
