Appearance

Powers and Abilities

Pouffe is described as being a 'cloud mover', with the ability of mass transportation.<ref>New Titan, from the ongoing cracks. Pouffe, not a cape I knew. As a Titan, she is capable of moving things hundreds of kilometres away.
