Coil is arguably the most powerful villain in Brockton Bay, as much due to his employees as his power. He leads a coalition including the Undersiders , the Travelers , Circus , Chariot , Trainwreck prior to his death, and a large mercenary force outfitted with top of the line gear. The immense wealth he poses also allows him to hire Faultline as needed.

He purchased this power from Cauldron and has yet to repay the favor he promised in exchange. He plans to take over Brockton bay, and potentially expand from there. 

Was one of the few PRT survivors from the failed assassination of Nilbog in Ellisburg.

Costume

Power

The ability to Split the timeline in two, be aware of both versions of himself simultaneously and then collapse the one of his choice, allowing him to, for instance, gather intel the entire night and still get a full night's sleep. Can only keep two timelines going at any time, though, so he tries to reduce any important decisionmaking to binary choices as much as possible.
