Noelle Meinhardt
Noelle is a member and former leader of the Travelers. She has been incarcerated in Coil 's base to prevent her from attacking anyone. It is possible that her destabilization involves cannibalism; she must be fed an unspecified, expensive diet and The Protectorate has noted that she may be responsible for 40 disappearances in one night. She blames Trickster for her current mental state though it may be related to their Endbringer fight prior to Leviathan's attack; Leviathan appears to have targetted her location for unknown reasons. Crawler nominated Noelle to join the Slaughterhouse Nine but he was unable to penetrate her prison and no repeat attempt was made. Dinah has stated that the probablility of Coil finding a cure for her condition is roughly 9%.
Powers (Major Spoilers)
Noelle consumes tissue and 'evolves' body parts, varying from wolf-like heads to tentacles. Touching her will result in clones of yourself that are stronger and 'meaner', and impossible to control (with all the powers you may have). If she maintaines contact with the original, she can continously produce clones. Clones, along with vomit, are her only excretion; she eats only meat and it adds directly to her mass. She has also developed an extremely unstable temperment, probably as a part of or a direct result of her power. Her displacement from Earth Aleph and Simurgh 's tampering also contributes to her unstable state.
She is also (according to 17.8 of the Migration arc) impossible to kill.
It is likely that her power was affected by the fact that Noelle was administered only half of a dose of power elixir; her unstable temperament and monstrous lower body were probably not in the intended spectrum of effects. Oliver, who drank the second half of the dose, may have received the portion of the power intended to moderate and control these effects.
A PRT member (the Earth Bet version of her father) coined the name Echidna for Noelle in an attempt to dissacociate the villain from his daughter (also named Noelle).

Noelle was the captain of her high school's gaming club, where she met Sundancer, Ballistic, Trickster, Genesis, and Oliver. Originally from Earth Aleph, Noelle was transported with her team to Earth Bet during a Simurgh attack on Madison, Wisconsin. Noelle and her crew escaped Madison to work as the Travelers.
