Powers:

Dean is an empathic cape that can generate concussive blasts of energy that alter emotions in addition to packing a punch. His energy blasts, however, inflict random emotions in those that he strikes as opposed to an emotion he would want them to feel.

In addition, Dean can sense the emotions of those around himself.
