His costume has a typical Advance Guard aesthetic. Trivia

• Sirens as related to ambulances and other vehicles, where their approaches are heralded by the eponymous sound, is first attested in the late 1870s. The English usage originally related to river boats using distinctive acoustic signals to cut through the visual occlusion of their steam and fog. The later association with ambulances and other vehicles, emergency and otherwise, followed on from this.
  • Despite what one could presume from his name it is not known what his powers are, including if they're sound related.
