It is home to the Endbringer Fight Memorial, which commemorates those lost in the Battle against Leviathan.
Geography
The hill rests at the base of the mountains west of Brockton Bay. It is located near the western border of Brockton Bay.<ref>It was out of the way, placed atop Captain’s Hill, at the base of the mountains to the west of the city. - Excerpt from Extermination 8.8</ref>
The Endbringer Fight Memorial rests atop it, put there because the hill was one of the few places untouched by Leviathan's attack.<ref>The memorial had been put here, specifically, because the rest of the city had been devastated. Post-Leviathan
The Endbringer Fight Memorial was constructed on top of the hill to commemorate the capes that died to Leviathan.

Cabins belonging to Bitch were built on top of the Earth Gimel version of Captain's Hill. They housed her various dogs.<ref>I followed her over the hill, to another small set of buildings.
